  • Emily helped us develop our feedback culture and rethink our approach to appraisals. Emily's approach led to two main impacts for us. She led us through a process that resulted in a much better coaching approach to appraisals, balancing the relationship between managers and staff, and giving permission and space for people to have meaningful conversations. And she also worked in a way that build the capability of a cross-cutting team of people. Together they demonstrated more impactful, user-centred ways of working, working in the open, prototyping and co-designing together with staff. This was in 2019 but the appraisals products are still being used today!
